- What are your application and administrative charges?
The Application fee is $75 and the Administration fee is $250.
- What are the income and credit qualifications?
3xs the monthly rent amount, credit ran by 3rd party.
- What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?
Check stubs, bank statements, and tax returns.
- What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
Applicants are run together as one. If a roommate does not qualify, the application does not qualify.
- Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Yes, minus any cleaning fees, damages, and final utility costs at move out.
- If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Yes, but it will be subject to the lease termination agreement.
- Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
Yes, with an additional fee.
- Do you accept short term leases?
Nothing less than 7 months.
- Am I required to have renters' insurance?
